Important features of integration with amoCRM

 

  • After connecting to amoCRM, customers will receive the auto-reply and self-service menu configured in Chat2Desk under Settings > General > Greetings, Settings > Self-service Menu or Settings > Chat Bot.
  • When amoCRM connection is enabled, all new chats are assigned to administrator (if auto-assignment of chats is disabled).
  • Messages in WhatsApp groups are not supported in amoCRM.
