How to chat with clients from amoCRM?

 

To initiate a dialog with a client from amoCRM:

Important! This option is only available for WhatsApp and Viber number messengers and is chargeable. To connect the Write First option, contact Chat2Desk technical support via chat2desk.com.

  • Turn on the Incoming leads auto-merge in amoCRM, it is necessary for the correct operation of the function.

  • Click Start dialog in messenger in the deal card.

  • Select the messenger and click Start dialog
  • After creating a dialog, select Chat instead of Note in the lower right corner and specify the desired sender.

In order to continue existing correspondence with the client: 

  • Go to the corresponding transaction.
  • Click the Chat2Desk button and select Write.

 

  • Enter your message in the input box, and click Send.
