Chat2Desk integration via Bitrix24 Open Channel

Open Channels

With this type of integration, the dialog is conducted through the built-in Bitrix option called Open Channels. Open channels allow you to send messages, files, and CRM forms. The entity is created immediately after the incoming message, and the link to the chat is fixed in the comment. 

When files and documents are exchanged via Open Channels, the files will be sent to clients in a messenger as links to view.

In order to go to the Open channel chat, it is necessary to:

  1. Go to the list of Open Channel chats.

  1. Select the required dialog with the client.

  1. Start a dialog.
