How to write first in Bitrix24?

If the client has not written to you before, you can still communicate with him via WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram. This feature is available both from Business Processes and directly from CRM card in Bitrix24.

❗ We recommend that you use the "Write First" function:

• Send only those messages that are expected and interesting
• Write to no more than 20 new customers per day.
• Do not repeat messages, but to vary the texts of messages, making them more personalized.
