Business Processes in Bitrix24

Automatic sending of messages is performed in the Business Processes module.

To set up, you should go to the page CRM > Settings > Business processes (choose the entity, by which the automatic sending of messages will be set up) and go to the Business processes designer.

The actions (activities) for sending a message and setting a tag are located under Application Activities > [Chat2Desk Integration] Write a message to number / [Chat2Desk Integration] Set tag to Chat2Desk contact.

Message sending activity

In the activity settings, the following parameters should be filled in to send a message:

  • Phone number - specify the number of the client to whom you want to send the message;
  • Message - enter the text of the message to be sent to the client;
  • Channel - select a channel in Chat2Desk to send the message;
  • File link - if you need to send a PDF or image, you need to specify direct links to the files (if required).

Set tag to Chat2Desk contact activity

In the activiti settings to set a tag for a client, you should fill in the following parameters:

  • Contact phone number - specify the number to which you want to assign the tag;
  • Tag - select the tag to be set for the client.
