Adding an application from the Market
- Connect messengers to Chat2Desk. If you don't have any messengers connected yet, please contact our technical support via widget in the corner of your screen at chat2desk.com.
- Install the Chat2Desk integration application from the market to Bitrix24: in the Market section in Bitrix24 look for Chat2Desk.
- The installation of the application should be performed by the administrator of the Bitrix portal, as the necessary tabs will be visible only to him.
- Enter the Chat2Desk token, select the integration type and language. The difference between the interaction types is described in this article, and configuring Open Lines can be found here.
Adding an application manually
If you can't find the Chat2Desk app in your marketplace, then:
- Go to Developer resources > Other > Local Application.
- In the window that opens, fill in the fields as follows:
Name - instead of Local application, write Chat2Desk.
Your handler path - https://c2d.1gt.ru/app/.
Uses only API - no.
Supports BitrixMobile - no.
Menu item text Russian (ru) - Chat2Desk.
Menu item text English (en) - Chat2Desk.
Setting permissions - in this item select the following permissions:
- CRM;
- Business processes;
- Open channels;
- Chat and notification;
- Creating and managing Chat bots;
- Application embedding;
- Users;
- Instant system messages (without acces to service user channel).
3. Press Save.
4. After saving the settings, 2 new fields will appear:
- Client_id - Application code;
- Client_secret - Application key.
Important! They must be copied, they will be needed later.
5. After copying the fields, press Open Application.
6. When opening the application for the first time, you need to specify the API token from Chat2Desk. The token is located in the API and scripts section of Chat2Desk.
7. Go to https://c2d.1gt.ru/bind-account/, fill in all the fields and click on Save.
Bitrix24 domain – domain of your Bitrix24 portal;
Client_id – received at step 4;
Client_secret – received at step 4;
Messengers service token – API-token Chat2Desk.
8. This completes the application binding. The application can be found under Developer resources > Integrations > Go to Application.
