Registration and account creation

You can use the service only after registering and logging in to the site. When registering on the site, the user becomes the administrator of his or her organization's account.

• Administrator configures the service, adds operators and supervisors, and has maximum rights. Only one administrator is allowed in the system.
• Operators can only maintain chats and transfer them between themselves (if allowed in the settings).
• Supervisor, in addition to operator rights, sees all chats and can answer them, can assign a new client to any operator, sees information on operators, has access to reports, but does not have access to most of the service settings.

Connect messengers:

In order to connect messengers, register in Chat2Desk. Go to chat2desk.com and click "Register".

In the opened form click "Register".

After registration you will be able to connect Telegram, Facebook*, VKontakte and Viber Public for a trial period.

Once connected, messengers will be displayed in the "Free mode" section. In the same section, you will also find information about how many days of the trial period are left.

Now you can communicate with customers via connected messengers and social networks.
