1. Make sure that the latest version of the Yandex.Metrics counter is installed on your website. If you do not have a counter, please refer to the installation instruction, which is located in Yandex.Support.
2. Authorize in Chat2Desk as an administrator. Enable sending information to Yandex.Metrics in section Settings > Web analytics. Specify the Counter Number and Session Parameter.
A) Counter number is displayed next to the counter name and in the Settings section.
B) In the Session Parameter value, specify a suitable parameter - for example, widget.
3. In reports, select the set option as the Session Parameter. Filter traffic by this option to see the result of the tracking operation. The corresponding column will display the name of the messenger through which the client has sent the message.
