On the left side menu, tap Notifications.
- Check the Allow websites to ask for permission to send notifications checkbox.
Sound notifications

Select Safari > Preferences of your desktop.

Go to Websites.

On the left side menu, click Auto-Play.
- Find Chat2Desk site in the list. Select Allow Always.
