Pop-up notifications

1. Go to Google Chrome. Сlick the three dots icon in the upper right corner. Go to Settings.

2. In the address bar of chrome://settings, erase settings and write flags. You should get chrome://flags. Press Enter.

3. The Experiments page opens. In the search box, type notifications.
4. In the suggested settings, select Enable native notifications and click Enabled.
5. Find Quieter notification permission prompts and select Disabled.
6. Go to your Chat2Desk account.
7. In the corner of the address bar, click the lock icon. In the window that opens, select Site Settings.

8. Go to Privacy & Security > Permissions > Notifications. Click Allow.

9. Reload the page for the new settings to take effect.

Sound notifications

1. Go to your Chat2Desk account.
2. In the corner of the address bar, click the lock icon. In the window that opens, select Site Settings.

3. Go to Privacy & Security > Audio > Notifications. Click Allow.

4. Reload the page for the new settings to take effect.
