Connect messengers to Chat2Desk.
If you don't have any messengers connected yet, please contact our technical support via chat on chat2desk.com.
- Install Chat2Desk widget in your amoCRM account.
- Sign in to your amoCRM account (you must have a valid amoCRM account).
- Go to Settings > Integration > Online Chats.
- From the widgets presented, select the Chat2Desk widget:
- Open the widget and enter the administrator login and password from your Chat2Desk account and click Save.
- Enable integration in Chat2Desk.
- At chat2desk.com, go to Settings > Integration > amoCRM.
- Select a channel with messengers and enable amoCRM integration for it.
