How to set up amoCRM integration?

  1. Connect messengers to Chat2Desk.

If you don't have any messengers connected yet, please contact our technical support via chat on chat2desk.com.

  1. Go to Integration.
  2. Click on the "Set Integration" button. 

4. In the modal window that appears (a new tab), select a subdomain from the drop-down list and click "Allow". If the user is not logged into amoCRM yet, he/she will be prompted to log in to the account before proceeding.

After the successful installation message appears in the modal window, return to the integration settings page. Refresh the page.

Now integration settings with amoCRM are now displayed in the place of the button, integration settings with amoCRM are now displayed. You need to enable the integration on the desired channels and set the integration settings.
