How to set up Chat2Desk and amoCRM integration?

Connect messengers to Chat2Desk.

If you don't have any messengers connected yet, please contact our technical support via chat on chat2desk.com.

  1. Install Chat2Desk widget in your amoCRM account.
  • Sign in to your amoCRM account (you must have a valid amoCRM account).
  • Go to Settings > Integration > Online Chats.

  • From the widgets presented, select the Chat2Desk widget:

  • Open the widget and enter the administrator login and password from your Chat2Desk account and click Save.

  1. Enable integration in Chat2Desk.
  • At chat2desk.com, go to Settings > Integration > amoCRM.
  • Select a channel with messengers and enable amoCRM integration for it.
