Important features of integration with Bitrix24

The application works in any version of Bitrix24, from the cloud edition of Project to the box edition of Enterprise. The settings are identical for both versions.

But for correct work of Bitrix Box Edition we recommend to update the box to the latest version and check if imconnector and imopenlines modules are installed and updated to the latest version as well. You can check if there is a module Connector for external messengers in admin in the list of modules.
