How to connect Outlook?

Once the app is added to Microsoft Entra, you can connect mail to Chat2Desk.

1. Authorize in the Outlook account https://outlook.live.com/ that you are going to connect.
2. In the Accounts section, click on the pencil next to the mail device.

3. Go to Settings;
4. Select Outlook as the provider.
5. Enter the mail address that is going to be connected. There should be no mistakes, otherwise the connection will not work.
6. Click OK. Then you will be redirected to Outlook.com.

7. Sign in the account that you want to connect
8. Grant permissions to the application, then press Accept, after which it will redirect you back to Chat2Desk.

9. Finally, check if everything works correct.
