How to connect Line?

  Creating developer’s account

The phone number must be registered in the Line app for Andoid or iOS.

 1. Go to https://account.line.biz/login and click Create an account.

2. Choose Sign up with email.
   
3. Enter your email and click Send signup link.
   
4. Press Continue button from the letter.
   
5. Fill in the opened form and click Sign up.
   
6. Login to the created account via Sign up.
   
7. Fill in the required fields and press Create my account.
   
8. Verify email at account settings. Click Get verification link, go to your email and follow the link from received letter.
   
   
   Creating provider and channel
   
   1. Press Create a new provider and fill in the form.
   
   2. Click Create a Messaging API channel.
   
   3. Fill in the fields and press Create.
   
   
   4. Check your information in pop-up window and press OK.
   
   
   Channel set-up
   
   1. Go to Messaging API tab
   
   2. Create access token, by pressing Issue at the bottom of the page.
   
   3. Copy your token and give it to Chat2Desk technical support specialist. The operator will give you URL for webhook creation.
   
   4. Press Edit button at Webhook settings section.
   
   5. Type in URL you received from Chat2Desk technical support specialist and press Update.
   
   6. Activate Use webhook tumbler.
