We introduced automatic billing in the autumn of 2022. Here is what has changed.
- Now your Chat2Desk account has balance that changes in real time with credits and debits for options. There was no balance before; services were paid for as per bills for one or several months.
- Debiting options with a fee is now daily (with a few exceptions). The fee used to be debited monthly.
- Bills are now issued automatically (and manually too). They used to be manual only.
- The closing document form has changed.
