General Information on Billing

We introduced automatic billing in the autumn of 2022. Here is what has changed.

  1. Now your Chat2Desk account has balance that changes in real time with credits and debits for options. There was no balance before; services were paid for as per bills for one or several months.
  2. Debiting options with a fee is now daily (with a few exceptions). The fee used to be debited monthly.
  3. Bills are now issued automatically (and manually too). They used to be manual only.
  4. The closing document form has changed.
