The certificate is automatically issued for the previous reporting period (calendar month) at the beginning of the month following the reporting one. The certificate specifies all options used by your account during the reporting period, indicating the pricing plans and the discounts applied.
Certificates are sent to your email, to the electronic document management system, or by courier. At your request we can send detailed daily credits and debits to your email. Text us to our Telegram bot or email account@chat2desk.com.
