Billing Process

Bills are issued automatically when the warning threshold is reached. The bill specifies the options used as of the bill date. The sum of the automatic bill is approximately equal to the funds for one month of use. Bills are sent to your email from account@chat2desk.com.

If you connect an additional option after the bill is issued and paid for, the option fee will be debited from your general balance. The term of using the entire account options will be reduced. When the next warning threshold is reached, a one-month bill will be issued to you, taking into account additional or disconnected options.
