Balance Replenishment

There are three ways of balance replenishment.

1. Payment through the PayPro link (for individuals).
2. Payment according to the bill issued (for legal entities).
3. Trust payment.

Payment links and bills are sent to you automatically when the warning threshold is reached. The payment links are sent to a chat between our company and your administrator. 

In order to avoid financial losses from fraudulent activities, check that the payment link is sent to you by exactly Chat2Desk and leads to the PayPro payment system. The list of our messenger accounts is available in our contact widget in the screen corner at chat2desk.com.

Bills are sent from account@chat2desk.com to your administrator email and other emails you specify.
