Extended reports are collected on the basis of aggregated statistics and are divided into several categories:
- operator actions;
- quality assessment;
- response speed;
- list of clients and chat rooms;
- clients and contacts;
- operator load;
- other (custom reports tailored to your company's need).
Store current reports in the saved reports search for quick access.
The reports are available for viewing in a browser and uploading to Excel and CSV. Some reports are only available in CSV.
All reports follow user time-zone, set in operation system.
- When filtering data:
If the user chooses filter Today or Yesterday, beginning of the day will be calculated according to user time zone.
- When displaying data:
Date/Time of receiving message in the report is displayed according to user time zone.
