Statistic charts

 

Statistic charts are collected on the basis of aggregated statistics and are divided into several categories:

  • operator actions;
  • quality assessment;
  • response speed;
  • list of clients and chat rooms;
  • traffic;
  • clients and contacts;
  • operator load;
  • other (custom reports tailored to your company's need).

Store current reports in the saved reports search for quick access.

The reports are available for viewing in a browser and uploading to Excel and CSV. Some reports are only available in CSV.

All reports follow user time-zone, set in operation system.

Examples:

  • When filtering data:

If the user chooses filter Today or Yesterday, beginning of the day will be calculated according to user time zone.

  • When displaying data:

Date/Time of receiving message in the report is displayed according to user time zone.
