Extended reports are collected on the basis of aggregated statistics and are divided into several categories:

  • operator actions;
  • quality assessment;
  • response speed;
  • list of clients and chat rooms;
  • traffic;
  • clients and contacts;
  • operator load;
  • custom reports tailored to your company's needs.

Store current reports in the My Reports search for quick access.

The reports are available for viewing in a browser and uploading to Excel.
